CARBON MONOXIDE (EXHAUST GAS) CAN CAUSE DEATH.
Carbon monoxide gas is generated whenever pump house heater is operating.
Do
not operate pump house heater in an enclosed area without proper ventilation.
Failure to comply may cause injury or death to personnel.
Step 1.
Push battery disconnect switch to on position (WP 0007). Open pump house access
door assembly (WP 0009). Put DIESEL HEATER TEST switch to on position
(WP 0004). Check if pump house heater operates.
If pump house heater operates, go to Step 3.
Step 2.
With DIESEL HEATER TEST switch in on position (WP 0004), check if pump house
heater attempts to start, does not attempt to start, or starts and shuts down.
a.
If pump house heater attempts to start or starts and shuts down, go to
Step 7.
b.
If pump house heater does not attempt to start, go to Step 20.
Step 3.
Check if DIESEL HEATER DIAGNOSTIC indicator illuminates (WP 0004).
If DIESEL HEATER DIAGNOSTIC indicator does not illuminate, go to
Step 16.
