Attach sling and hoist to housing.

Remove 16 self-locking bolts (1).

Remove four 1-1/2-in. bolts (2), four 6-in.

bolts (3), two 5-1/4-in. bolts (4), and ten

washers (5) .

Remove engine coupling shaft (6) .

Remove gasket (7) and transfer assembly

(8).
