Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

Vehicular drive is a repairable assembly. Refer to page 2-101 .

Clutch drive is a repairable assembly. Refer to page 2-110.

Generator drive is a repairable assembly: Refer to page2-116 .

Input drive is a repairable assembly. Refer to page 2-131.

Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1) .

REASSEMBLY

Install two new shims (1) on face of gener-

ator drive (2).

Install new preformed packing (3) in groove

of input drive (4).

Install generator drive (2) on input drive

and secure with eight hexagon hea d

capscrews (5). Secure hexagon hea d

capscrews with new Iockwire (6).

Remove input shaft mechanical housing fro m

input drive mechanical housing (p 2-131) .
