Strip cable insulation equal to depth of solder
wells of socket contacts (1).
Insert cable leads into solder wells of socket
contacts (1) and solder.
Push insert (2) into shell assembly (3) from
rear until seated. Groove (4) in insert must
be aligned with guide in shell assembly (3) to
ensure proper fit.
Push socket contacts (1) into insert (2) from
rear until seated.

Drive pin contacts (1) out through rear of
insert (2) with pin extractor.
Unsolder cable leads (3) from solder wells
on pin contacts (1).
Slide insert (2) out through rear of shell
assembly (4) .

Insert cable leads (3) into solder wells of pin
contacts (1) and solder.
Push insert (2) into shell assembly (4) from rear until seated. Groove (5) in insert must be aligned
with guide in shell assembly (4) to ensure proper fit.
Push pin contacts (1) into insert (2) from rear until seated.
