Lockwashers (43) (item 623, WP 0491 00)
Screws (43) (item 388, WP 0491 00)
Thumbscrews (2) (item 17, WP 0491 00)
Washers, flat (24) (item 537, WP 0491 00)
Wingnuts (4) (item 660, WP 0491 00)
Equipment Condition
Accessories panel removed (see WP 0158 00)
Dome light removed (see WP 0183 00)
Center forward floor plate removed (see WP 0304 00)
Commander’s seat removed (see WP 0350 00)
Water can brackets removed (see WP 0392 00)
Removal
1.
Remove five screws (1) and five lockwashers (2) from each side at top of shield assembly (3).
2.
Remove nine screws (4) and nine lockwashers (5) from bottom of shield assembly (3).
3.
Remove shield assembly (3) by hand by turning on its side and removing through personnel door.
