Check threaded parts. Remove burrs. Replace parts that have stripped threads.

ASSEMBLY

1.

To assemble dome light mount, do the following:

a.

Install three mounts (14) between bracket (11) and hull mount (15). Secure with six new locknuts (12) and three

washers (13).

b.

Place two large gaskets (9) on mount plate (10). Install plate on bracket (11). Secure with two large gaskets (9),

small washers (8), nut (7), and knob (6).

2.

To assemble dome light, do the following:

a.

Install lamp (4) in light body (5). Push in and turn clockwise to secure lamp.

b.

Apply sealing compound to inside of door (3). Install seal (2) and lens (1) on door.

FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS

1.

Install dome light (WP 0275 00).
