REPLACE TRACK TENSION ADJUSTER AND MOUNT — Continued

CLEAN, INSPECT, AND REPLACE

1.

Checking fittings and relief valve for wear and damage. Replace if needed.

INSTALLATION

1.

Install relief valve (1) and grease fitting (2) in track tension adjuster (3).

NOTE

Grease fitting and relief valve of track tension adjuster should be toward front of carrier. Make

suregreasefittingispointingout

.

2.

Place track adjuster (3) on shaft of idler arm.

3.

Install mount (4) in front of adjuster (3). Raise adjuster and mount. Align hole in mount with hole in hull for screw (5).

4.

Install screw (5) in mount (4). Tighten until snug.
