WARNING

Adhesive, primer, sealant compounds, and isopropyl alcohol are toxic and flammable. These

compounds are toxic to eyes, skin, and respiratory tract. Continued exposure can make you

dizzy and irritate your eyes and throat.

Always use in well ventilated areas, away from heat, sparks, and flames. Do not breathe fumes.

Do not allow into contact with skin and eyes. Use goggles or face shield and protective gloves.

Apply primer and sealing compound to the threads of screw (13).

10. Install retainer (14) on bottom plate (7). Secure with new lockwasher (15), screw (13), and knob (16).

11. Install lock plate (17), knob (18), and screw (19) on bottom plate (7).

12. Install spring (20) and key (21) on bottom plate (7).

13. Install spring (22), trunnion (23), and eyebolt (24) in plug (25).
