NOTE

Steps 7 - 12 apply to all carriers, except M577A2 and M1068.

7.

Install block (19), four washers (18), two screws (16), and nuts (17) on hull bracket (20).

8.

Install hook (15), two spacers (14), two springs (13), and two washers (12) on hull bracket. Secure with screw (11) and

new locknut (10).

NOTE

Install washer(s), as needed, to compress bumper 1/4 inch (6 mm) when hold-open hook is

engaged.

9.

Install washer(s) (9) and bumper (8) on hull bracket. From inside carrier, secure with washer (7) and nut (6).
