WARNING

Diesel fuel can catch fire and seriously injure or kill soldiers and damage or destroy vehicles.

Wipe up fuel spills immediately. Do not smoke near fuel or when working on the fuel system.

Disconnect fuel supply hose (8) from elbow (7). Clean up spilled fuel with wiping rags.

Disconnect fuel hose (6) from adapter (5). Remove adapter from fuel pump (1).

Remove two screws (1), washers (2), four lockwashers (3), and fuel pump (4) from bulkhead bracket. Discard

lockwashers.
