Driver’s power plant access panel removed

(WP 0441 00)

1.

Remove plug W1 P1 from MSD jack J1.

2.

Hook up MSD to vehicle batteries. See TM 9-6625-2301-14&P.

3.

Turn MASTER SWITCH ON. See TM 9-2350-277-10.

4.

Set up Test 89 TM 9-6625-2301-14&P.

5.

Measure voltage between W1 P1 (1) pins W (2) and T

(3) with START switch pressed.

6.

Does MSD read 0 volts?

Faulty W1 cable. Beyond unit

maintenance repair.

2.

Notify supervisor.
