Turn MASTER SWITCH OFF. See TM 9-2350-277-10.

2.

Set up Test 91. See TM 9-6625-2301-14&P.

3.

Measure resistance between harness 12354593 plug P1

(1), pin k (2) and ground.

Does MSD read more than 0 ohms?

1.

Replace wiring harness 12354593

(WP 0882 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.

Set up Test 89. See TM 9-6625-2301-14&P.

2.

Remove harness 12354672 plug P4 (1) from harness

12354593 jack J1 (2).

3.

Turn MASTER SWITCH ON. See TM 9-2350-277-10.

4.

Measure voltage between harness 12354672 plug P4 (1),

pin A (3) and ground.

5.

Press START button for 2 to 4 seconds.

6.

Does MSD read 0 volts?

1.

Repair/replace wiring harness

12354593 circuit 799 (WP 0382 00

or WP 0882 00).

2.

Verify no faults found.
