If battery fails in

freezing weather,

crank engine for 5

seconds and retest.

This will warm

battery slightly.

Go to step 4,

Figure 3, sheet 13.

Check battery connections

and repeat step 3, Figure

3, sheet 11.

If display shows GO, check cables and

connections to starter and repeat step 3,

Figure 3, sheet 11.

If display shows .9.9.9.9, clean and tighten

connections on battery and repeat step 3,

Figure 3, sheet 11.

Go to NG 24, step 4, Figure 3, sheet 17

to test individual batteries of series of

batteries that failed test 75.

- Go to step 1, Figure 3, sheet 10 to perform

test on next series of batteries.

- Then go to NG 24, step 4 Figure 3, sheet 17

to perform test of individual batteries of this

failed series of batteries.
