Apply light coating of silicone compound to lamp sockets.

CAUTION

Left headlight has a halogen B.O. lamp. Halogen B.O. lamp must be kept free of dirt,

oil, grease, fingerprints, etc. Failure to do so can result in damage to bulb.

Install halogen B.O. lamp (11 ) in left headlight or lamp (12) in right headlight.

Install B.O. drive reflector (9) in left headlight or reflector (10) in right headlight.

Install marker assembly (7) and secure by turning base with screwdriver and closing marker assembly cover

(8).

Connect two electrical connectors (6) to sealed-beam units (5).

Install two sealed-beam units (5) in recess.

Apply light coating of grease to cover group (3) contact surfaces.

Apply antiseize compound to threads of screws (1).

Install cover group (3) to headlight mount (4) with four new Iockwashers (2) and four screws (1).
