Cotter pin (item 38, Appx G)

Cotter pins (2) (item 40, Appx G)

Spring pin (item 13, Appx G)

Spring pins (2) (item 18, Appx G)

Removal

Remove six cap screws (1) from mount support (2).

Lift mount support (2) off commander’s cupola (3).

b.

Disassembly

1

Remove two cotter pins (4) and discard. Remove headless pin (5) from mount support (2).

Remove quick-release pin (6) and pintle chain assembly (7) to remove rig connecting link (8) between

brackets (9) at bottom of mount support (2).

Remove cotter pin (10), cover (11), and spiral torsion spring (12). Discard cotter pin.

4

Remove spring pin (13), two spring pins (14), and manual control lever (15) from mount support (2). Discard

spring pins.
