39. Remove compressor assembly and install output planetary sun gear (7). Install 32 new self--locking bolts (6).

Torque bolts to 50 to 60 lb--ft (67.8 to 81.4 N

40. Install output planetary carrier assembly (5). Mesh teeth of pinion (38) with those of sun gear. Drive carrier

downward until shaft seats in shaft ball bearing. When installed, pinions should be 1/8 inch from tie shaft drive

gear (8).
