NOTE

Do not remove outer snap ring unless evidence of wear or damage is present. Perform Step 5 if

replacement is necessary.

5. Remove outer snap ring (7). Discard snap ring.

6. Remove internal snap ring (8) from sun gear (2). Remove bearing (9). Discard snap ring.
