Fuel Inlet Connection
Remove the plastic fuel inlet plug and apply Teflon Tape (Appendix C, Item 12) or Loctite PST
592 (Appendix C, Item 5) to the vehicle fuel supply line connector threads.
!CAUTION!
Do NOT apply thread sealant to the threads on the heater’s fuel inlet connection.
Screw the vehicle fuel supply line into the short fuel inlet connection (1/8-27 PTF SAE J475).
The fuel supply pressure must be between 3 PSI (minimum) and 15 PSI (maximum). The fuel
type used must be suitable for operating at the expected ambient seasonal temperatures
(Ref.Table 2-1).
