Position No. 7 bearing cap (6) and thrust bearing washers (4) on cylinder block (1).

8.

Apply OE/HDO 30 lubricating oil to threads of fourteen new screws (8) and new lockplates (7).

9.

Install fourteen screws (8) and lockplates (7) on bearing caps (9) and (6) on cylinder block (1)

finger-tight.
