rear pins (11) are not bent, galled,

cracked, corroded or stripped so that

they do not seat properly or they can-

not be sufficiently tightened.

Visually inspect all welds and par-

ent material for cracks

frame is not bent, preventing it from

loading correctly on a PLS truck.

Ensure split cotter pins (14) are

still thru hole in rear pins (11).
