Temporary Panel Repair. Any
puncture in the shelter exterior, including punctures
in the door skin, must be patched immediately to prevent water intrusion. Dents without
punctures do not require patching. However, if bare metal is exposed, touch-up paint shall be
applied (paragraph 3-9.d).
