HEU LOCKING CYLINDER HYDRAULIC HOSES “AJ”, “AK”, “AL”, “BZ”

14.
Use wrench, install hose assembly “AL”(L) onto elbow (S).
15.
Place new preformed packing (A) on elbow (T) and use adjustable wrench to install elbow (T) into “CE1”
port on front glacis.
16.
Use wrench, install hose assembly “AJ” (R) onto elbow (T).
17.
Install bushing (U) on hose “AJ” (R) and position hose “AJ”
(R) into clamp (V). Use socket and ratchet
install five bolts (W) to secure hose (R) in clamp (V).
18.
Bleed hydraulic system (page 3-72).
19.
Check for hydraulic leaks and correct as necessary.
20.
Service hydraulic reservoir as needed (LO-12).
21.
Install front hose armor (page 3-134).
