Reassemble counter correctly (ref. para 5.1-20)

Step 3.

Check for defective counter assembly.

Replace counterassembly (ref. para 5.1-19).

Check for incorrectly adjusted retainers.

Adjust retainers (ref. para 5.1-19).

and replace parts as required and authorized.
