Aline holes in swivel assembly (1) with hole in rack lever (2). Put pin (3) through
swivel assembly and rack lever.
Put cotter pin (4) through hole in pin (3).
Using pliers, spread cotter pin,
Hook one end of throttle return spring (5) to throttle return clip (6). Hook other
end of spring to swivel assembly (1).
