REMOVAL
NOTE
Both left and right safety braces are removed in the same way. This procedure applies to left
brace only.
1.
Remove nut (Figure 1, Item 3), washer (Figure 1, Item 2), and screw (Figure 1, Item 1) from safety brace hinge
pin (Figure 1, Item 5).
2.
Using chisel and hammer, remove safety brace hinge pin (Figure 1, Item 5) from bracket (Figure 1, Item 6)
and safety brace (Figure 1, Item 4).
3.
Remove safety brace (Figure 1, Item 4) from bracket (Figure 1, Item 6).
