At this point, check operation of PTO shifter shaft. Shifter shaft must be able to be moved
into two positions.

Install PTO shift lever (Figure 18, Item 2) on shifter shaft (Figure 18, Item 3) with washer
(Figure 18, Item 4) and cotter pin (Figure 18, Item 5).
