FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE

HYDRAULIC OVERRIDE MANIFOLD SOLENOID AND PROPORTIONING VALVE REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

1.

Disconnect pump house wire harness connector (1) from solenoid connector (2).

NOTE

•

Nut holding solenoid on proportioning valve can only be installed with indexing ring facing

proportioning valve.

Note position of nut prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

•

Note orientation of solenoid prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

2.

Remove nut (3) and solenoid (4) from proportioning valve (5).

Discard solenoid.
