NOTE

Position suitable drain pan under proportioning valve to catch hydraulic fluid.

Remove proportioning valve (5) and three preformed packings (6), (7), and (8) from hydraulic override

manifold (9).

Discard proportioning valve and preformed packings.

INSTALLATION

CAUTION

Do not overtighten proportioning valve on hydraulic override manifold.

Failure to

comply may cause damage to equipment.

1.

Lightly lubricate three preformed packings (6), (7), and (8) and install three preformed packings (6), (7),

and (8) and proportioning valve (5) on hydraulic override manifold (9).

Tighten proportioning valve to 29 lb-in

(3.3 N•m).

NOTE

•

Install solenoid as noted prior to removal.

•

Install nut as noted prior to removal.

2.

Install solenoid (4) on proportioning valve (5) with nut (3).

Connect solenoid connector (2) on pump house wire harness connector (1).
