Remove rings, wristwatches, neck chains, and any other jewelry before working

around vehicle.

Jewelry can catch on equipment and cause serious injury.

and tools may short across electrical circuits and cause damage to equipment, or

severe burns or electrical shock to personnel.

Step 19.

Connect test set lead between white wire which was cut in Step 18 and a known good

ground. Connect pump house wire harness pump house heater diagnostic module

connector. Connect main wire harness pump house heater four terminal connector.

Push battery disconnect switch to on position (WP 0007).

Put DIESEL HEATER TEST

switch to on position (WP 0004). Check if DIESEL HEATER DIAGNOSTIC indicator

illuminates (WP 0004).

a.

If DIESEL HEATER DIAGNOSTIC indicator illuminates, repair pump

house diagnostic module wire 4087 (blue and white)

(TM 9-2320-325-14&P), and replace pump house heater (WP 0310).

b.

If DIESEL HEATER DIAGNOSTIC indicator does not illuminate,

replace pump house heater diagnostic module (diagnostic

indicator) (WP 0307).
