Disconnect lightbar wire harness connector (10) from cab clearance light connector (11) and remove pigtail (5)

from gasket (12).

6.

Remove four locknuts (13), screws (14), mounting base (3), and gasket (12) from bracket (8).

Discard

locknuts.

INSTALLATION

NOTE

Passenger side and driver side clearance lights are installed the same way.

Driver side

shown.

1.

Install gasket (12) and mounting base (3) on bracket (8) with four screws (14) and locknuts (13).

2.

Position pigtail (5) in gasket (12) and connect cab clearance light connector (11) on lightbar wire harness (10).

3.

Install bracket (8) on cab roof (9) with two washers (7), and screws (6).

NOTE

Install lamp on rubber mounting of pigtail as noted prior to removal.

4.

Install lamp (4) on rubber mounting of pigtail (5).

5.

Install lamp (4) on mounting base (3).
