FIELD LEVEL MAINTENANCE

HIGH AMPERAGE CABLE(S) REPLACEMENT

INITIAL SETUP:

REMOVAL

NOTE

•

Pump house panel and cab instrument panel removal may vary depending on location of

high amperage cable.

•

Tag and mark wires prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

•

Note routing of high amperage cable prior to removal to ensure proper installation.

•

Note position and remove cable ties, split loom, and cushion clips as required.

•

All high amperage cables are removed the same way, primer pump high amperage cable

shown.

1.

Remove pump house panel G (WP 0339).

2.

Remove locknut (1) and high amperage cable (2) from primer pump solenoid (3).

3.

Open passenger side pump house control access door (WP 0008).
