(18) Tighten lock nut (1) on counterbalance valve

adjusting screw (2).

(19) Lower dump body from maintenance position (TM

9-2320-366-10-1).

k. Needle Valve Adjustment.

(1)

Position dump body in maintenance position (TM 9-

2320-366-10-1).

(2)

Loosen lock nut (1) on needle valve adjusting screw

(2).

(3) Turn needle valve adjusting screw (2) clockwise until

it bottoms out.

(4)

Turn needle valve adjusting screw (2) counter

clockwise 2-1/2 turns.

(5)

Tighten lock nut (1) on needle valve adjusting screw

(2).

(6)

Lower dump body from maintenance position (TM 9-

320-66-10-1).

Follow-On Maintenance.

(1)

Dump body in stowed position (TM 9-2320-366-10-1).

(2) Service hydraulic system, as required (TM 9-

2320-366-20).

Hold counterbalance valve adjusting screw

while tightening lock nut.
