Pressure Reducing Valve Adjustment.
(1)
Raise dump body to maintenance position (TM 9-
2320-366-10-1).
(2)
Position drain pan under four way relief valve (1).
(3)
Remove cap from tee fitting (2) on port B.
(4)
Install adapter (3) and test hose (4) on tee fitting
(2) at port B.
(5)
Connect pressure teat cable (5) to transducer (6)
and to STE/ICE.
(6)
Start engine (TM 9-2320-366-10-1).
(7)
Position PTO switch to ON (TM 9-2320-366-10-1).
(8)
Attach a temperature indicator sticker to hydraulic oil
hydraulic tank (7).
(9)
Increase engine RPM to 1250-1450 (TM 9-2320-
366-10-1).

Wear appropriate eye protection when
performing pressure checks.
Failure to
comply may result in oil getting into eyes.
If oil contacts eyes, seek medical attention
immediately.
Failure to comply may result
in injury to personnel.
•
Prolonged contact with lubricating oil
(MIL-L-2104) may cause a skin rash.
Skin
and clothing that comes into contact with
lubricating oil should be thoroughly
washed immediately.
Areas in which
lubricating oil is used should be well
ventilated to keep fumes to a minimum.
Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel.

Lubricating oil is slippery and can cause
falls.
Wipe up spilled oil with rags.
Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel.
