Safety chains removed in Step (5) are used in Steps (34) and (36).

Route safety chain (Figure 12, Item 2) from left front of trailer (Figure 12, Item 5) through tiedown eye (Figure
12, Item 3) on left rear of trailer (Figure 12, Item 4) and install on shackle (Figure 12, Item 1) on right front of
trailer (Figure 12, Item 5).
NOTE
•
Load binders must be in extended position.
•
Load binders will be tightened in Step (41).

Position load binders on each safety chain (Figure 13, Item 2) between tiedown eyes (Figure 13, Item 3) and
shackle (Figure 13, Item 1).
