UNSTACKING - Continued
WARNING
Drawbar weighs 425 lbs (193 kg). If there is no air pressure in the drawbar air assist system,
the drawbar may fall. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
7.
Slowly loosen tiedown strap (Figure 21, Item 6) on drawbar (Figure 21, Item 4).

Move air assist lever (Figure 21, Item 3) to LOWER position and lower drawbar (Figure 21, Item 4).
9.
Return air assist lever (Figure 21, Item 3) to NEUTRAL position.
10.
Remove tiedown strap (Figure 21, Item 6) from tiedown rings (Figure 21, Item 5) on drawbar (Figure 21, Item
4) and front bumper (Figure 21, Item 1).
WARNING
All personnel must stay clear of trailers while lifting is in progress. Failure to comply may result
in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
If trailer is not level while lifting, lower trailer and adjust lifting chains.
11.
Using lifting device and the aid of an assistant, raise trailer (Figure 22, Item 2) slightly and visually check that
trailer is level.
