CONDITION/INDICATION

Can composite light harness wire 1008B be repaired?

DECISION

Repair - Repair wire 1008B (WP

0055). Go to (Step 12 - Do taillights operate?) to verify problem is solved.

No Repair - Replace composite light harness (WP

0059). Go to (Step 12 - Do taillights operate?) to verify problem

is solved.

STEP 7

Does test equipment pass offset test?

1.

Have assistant turn OFF lights. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

2.

Have assistant turn engine start switch to OFF. Refer to vehicle Operator's manual (WP

0190).

Connect button probe cable red and black leads together.

4.

Perform ICE Offset Test 91.

CONDITION/INDICATION

Does test equipment pass offset test?

DECISION

Yes - Go to (Step 8 - Is continuity measured across wire 1008B between diode assembly connector, terminal 11 and

the rear junction box?).

No - Test equipment failed offset. Contact your Supervisor.
