Install wire rope (Figure 7, Item 5) and hitch pin (Figure 7, Item 1) on rapid link (Figure 7, Item 4) and close
rapid link (Figure 7, Item 4).
CAUTION
Overtightening locknut will not allow proper operation of lock. Failure to comply may result in
damage to equipment.
NOTE
Both cart container locks are installed the same way. Left side shown.

Install lock (Figure 8, Item 5) on cart (Figure 8, Item 3) with screw (Figure 8, Item 6) and locknut (Figure 8, Item
4). Tighten locknut until flange of locknut and screw contacts cart.

Tighten locknut (Figure 8, Item 4) to 100 lb-in (11 N·m).

Install hitch pin (Figure 8, Item 1) on cart (Figure 8, Item 3) and lock (Figure 8, Item 5) with lynch pin (Figure
8, Item 2).
