Remove two hitch pins (Figure 1, Item 1) from cart bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) and cart (Figure 1, Item 3).

Remove lynch pin (Figure 1, Item 7) from hitch pin (Figure 1, Item 6).

WARNING

Hands may get pinched if cart pivot bracket falls while removing pin. Support cart pivot bracket

while removing pin to avoid pinching fingers between trailer and cart pivot bracket. Failure to

comply may result in injury to personnel.

Remove hitch pin (Figure 1, Item 6) from cart bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) and trailer (Figure 1, Item 4), and rotate

cart bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) down.

5.

Repeat Steps (1) through (4) for right side cart bracket.

NOTE

Cart loading sling is stored in stowage box, refer to TM 9-2330-342-10 (WP

0190).

6.

Attach cart loading sling (Figure 2, Item 1) to two bottom holes of cart brackets (Figure 2, Item 4).
