Remove two hitch pins (Figure 1, Item 1) from cart pivot bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) and cart (Figure 1, Item 3).

Remove lynch pin (Figure 1, Item 9) from hitch pin (Figure 1, Item 8).

WARNING

Hands may get pinched if cart pivot bracket falls while removing pin. Support cart pivot bracket

while removing pin to avoid pinching fingers between trailer and cart pivot bracket. Failure to

comply may result in injury to personnel.

Remove hitch pin (Figure 1, Item 8) from cart pivot bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) and trailer (Figure 1, Item 4) and

rotate cart pivot bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) down.

5.

Remove locknut (Figure 1, Item 6), screw (Figure 1, Item 7), and cart pivot bracket (Figure 1, Item 5) from

trailer (Figure 1, Item 4). Discard locknut and screw.

NOTE

Perform Steps (6) and (7) if hitch pins and lynch pins need to be removed.

6.

Open rapid link (Figure 2, Item 4) and remove three wire ropes (Figure 2, Item 3) and hitch pins (Figure 2, Item

2) from rapid link (Figure 2, Item 4).
