Install three wire ropes (Figure 7, Item 3) and hitch pins (Figure 7, Item 2) on rapid link (Figure 7, Item 4) and
close rapid link (Figure 7, Item 4).
CAUTION
Overtightening locknut will not allow proper operation of cart pivot bracket. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Both cart pivot brackets are installed the same way. Left side shown.

Install cart pivot bracket (Figure 8, Item 5) on trailer (Figure 8, Item 4) with screw (Figure 8, Item 7) and locknut
(Figure 8, Item 6). Tighten locknut until flange of locknut and screw contacts cart.
