Remove three wire ropes (Figure 2, Item 5) and lynch pins (Figure 2, Item 1) from rapid link (Figure 2, Item 4).

NOTE

•

Perform Step (8) if lynch pins or wire ropes need to be replaced.

•

All three lynch pins and wire ropes are replaced the same way.

8.

Cut wire rope (Figure 3, Item 2) and remove lynch pin (Figure 3, Item 1) from wire rope (Figure 3, Item 2).

Discard wire rope and two swagging sleeves.

•

All three hitch pins and wire ropes are replaced the same way.

9.

Cut wire rope (Figure 4, Item 2) and remove hitch pin (Figure 4, Item 1) from wire rope (Figure 4, Item 2).

Discard wire rope and two swagging sleeves.
