2-203. MAINTENANCE OF FIXED FIRE EXTINGUISHER CONTROL SYSTEM (CONT).

Inspect for broken, damaged, or missing parts.

Weigh cylinder fire extinguisher for proper weight and charge as necessary. Refer to the

PMCS/lubrication table, page 2-13.

Repair is by replacement of authorized parts (TM 9-2350-238-24P-1).

Install fire extinguisher valve (1) on

cylinder fire extinguisher (2).

Install cylinder release cable sling wire

rope (3), control cable pipe to hose elbow

(4), loop clamp (5), dust and moisture boot

(6), and loop clamp (7). Secure with two

new self-locking nuts (8) and two machine

screws (9).
