Lockwasher(7358625)

Gasket (11605388)

PRELIMINARY PROCEDURE:

Remove base assembly from master control panel (page 10-87)

DISASSEMBLY:

NOTE

If nut is difficult to remove, use pliers

to hold base assembly.

1.

Using wrench, remove bond nut (A) and lockwasher

(B) from lampholder (C).

Throw lockwasher away.

2.

Remove retaining trap (D) and gasket (E) from

lampholder (C).

Throw gasket away.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION:

1.

Clean all component parts as required.

2.

Inspect base assembly for broken or damaged parts.

Replace as required.

ASSEMBLY:

1.

Place lampholder (C) in position in retaining strap (D) .

2.

Using wrench, install bond nut (A) and new lockwasher and new lockwasher (B).

3.

Place new gasket (E) in position on lampholder (C).

4.

Install base assembly in master control panel (page 10-58).
