Remove cotter pin (9), pin (10), control lever assembly (11), and spring (12) from shaft (13). Discard cotter pin.

4.

Remove spring pin (14) that secures cam (15) and shaft (13). Discard spring pin.

5.

Remove cam (15) and shaft (13) from housing (3).
