Do not scratch brake cylinder walls when pushing brake pistons to bottom of cylinders.
6.
Using a suitable tool, push brake pistons (25) into pivot steer brake halves (3) until pistons bottom out.
7.
Install one brake lining (11) in each pivot steer brake half (3).
8.
Place two brakes (3) on pivot steer disks (10). Secure with six screws (7), washers (8), and two clips (9).
9.
TIGHTEN SIX SCREWS (7) TO 100-110 LB-FT (136-149 N·M) TORQUE. Use torque wrench.
10. Connect two hoses (4) and quick disconnect couplings (5) to elbows (6).
11. Install two elbows (19) in bulkhead. Secure with two nuts (24).
12. Connect two tubes (17) and (18) to elbows (19) and hoses (4).
13. Install two tubes (17) and (18) to five weldnuts (23). Secure with five clamps (22), washers (21), and screws (20).

INSTALLATION
1.
Install four new packings (16), two elbows (15), and tees (13) in pivot steer brakes (3).
2.
Connect two tubes (14) to tees (13) and elbows (15).
3.
Connect two tubes (12) to tees (13).
4.
Install two elbows (6) in tubes (12).
5.
Install four elbows (1) (with bleeder valves) and four new packings (2) in pivot steer brakes (3).
