Remove two cap screws (1), two flat washers (2), and plate spacer (3).

Remove and discard cotter pin (4).

Remove headed straight pin (5) and retaining band (6).

Remove two cap screws (7), two flat washers (8), and plate spacer (9).

Remove and discard cotter pin (10).

Remove headed straight pin (11) and retaining band (12).
