Preformed packing (item 34, WP 0087 00)

White lead (item 13, WP 0085 00)

Lockwire (item 85, WP 0087 00)

Abrasive cloth (item 2, WP 0085 00)

Equipment Conditions

Output reduction planetary carrier assembly removed

(WP 0043 00)

REMOVAL

NOTE

It may be necessary to use a screwdriver to pry between the ring gear assembly teeth and

housing assembly to loosen ring gear assembly.

1. Remove ring gear assembly (1) from housing assembly (2).
