Remove two nuts (13), lockwashers (14), two wires (15), and ground wire (12).

NOTE

Model B has a manual shutdown cable. Do steps (4.1) through (4.6) for Model B

Remove locknut (15.1). Pull up on shutdown link (15.2) and remove bracket (15.3) and stop

lever (15.4) from screw (15.5).

Remove locknut (15.6), two washers (15.7), and screw (15.5).

(4.3)

Remove locknut (15.8) and shutdown link (15.2) from shutdown cable (15.9).

Loosen two nuts (15.10) and remove shutdown cable (15.9) from cable bracket (15.11).

Remove two nuts (15.12), lockwashers (15.13), washers (15.14), screws (15.15), and cable

bracket (15.11).

NOTE

Matchmark stop lever and stop lever shaft.

Loosen screw (15.16) and remove stop lever (15.4).

Remove solenoid (8).
