SCOPE
This manual provides instructions for repairing and testing the 200-ampere generators, PN 2260AC, NSN 2920-01-147-
1575, PN A0012266AA, NSN 2920-01-238-9710, PN N1205, NSN 2920-01-298-8072, and PN N1206, NSN 2920-01-292-
2993.
Throughout this manual the generators will be referred to by part number.

Send us an EIR.
You, the user, are the only one who can tell us what you
don't like about your equipment.
Let us know why you don't like the design.
Put it on an SF368 (Quality Deficiency
Report).

FABRICATED TOOLS
Generator disassembly and assembly requires the use of fabricated tools.
See Appendix F for materials and dimensions
required to fabricate the necessary tools.
Fabricate special wiring harnesses to test generators on the test stand, see
Appendix F.

Appendix D lists common tool sets, supplemental sets, and special tools/fixtures needed to maintain the 200-ampere
generator.
