´ere's what to do:
+Turn the eng±ne run switch Oµµ
and let the eng±ne cool¶
+ Use an adjustable wrench to
remove the bolt on the top front of
the ·n clutch support bracket.
+ Rotate the fan so the alignment
marks on the s±de of the clutch and
the fan mount±ng plate L±ne up¶ That
lines up the three holes ±n the ·n
clutch and the FAn plate¶
+ Screw the bolt into the threaded
hoLe (there's only one that's threaded)
and t±ghten until the bolt's aLl the
Way in. Then the fan ±s locked and
Will run cont±nuo¸sly¶
¹hen you get Back to the motoº
pool» have your mech repa±r oº replace
the clutch.

High Pressure Wash
Never shoot high pressure water toWard the
dipstick¶ The st±ck w±ll raise and let water in.
Ãefore everÄ Wash³ make sure the st±ck is seated.
Åoose dipstick tubes are common on Goats¶
The gap ±s small³ but ±t lets water seep ±nto the
transfer case¶
Your mech can seal a loose tube w±th sealant³
ÆSÆ

and adhesiveÇ NSN
¶040³00¹¶43³0¶02¸
l±ke so:
•
Take out the tube. Clean ±t and the transfer
open±ng carefully¶
•
Èpply sealant on both surfaces.
•
Put back the tube.
•
Èdd a bead of adhesive around the base of
the tubeÉ
±rAke HAzARd
The bad neÊs ±s» there aËe st±ll some Gama Goats out there Êith brake
pedals that rub

the steer±ng column. The pedal can hang up caus±ng a safety
hazard.
The good neÊs ±s» there's a f±x to move the brake pedal out of the Êay to
stop the r¸bb±ng.
So if your GoaÌÍs brake pedal r¸bs the steering column» report it pronto!
